Is hydrogen safe?
Yes, it is no more dangerous than the usual automotive technologies involving fuel, cooling, etc. For instance we all know that the radiator is essential to cool down the engine, and without it the car will go up in smoke.  However if you open the radiator cap when hot, you're going to get hurt, is that right?  The danger is not in the radiator, the danger is in ignorance and carelessness. There are safety rules and they are quite simple, but you have to know them and apply them.
In general
This type of Hydrogen is not being stored it is being produced on the go.  There are no storage tanks to explode in case of an accident, making this hydrogen much safer than hydrogen cars or propane/ natural gas vehicles.
Can I use this, exclusively, instead of gasoline?
The Hydrogen units are supplemental to, not independent of, gasoline. You do not switch to water; the water and its Hydrogen- Oxygen products are used as a boost or catalyst for better combustion.
What effect will it have on the environment?
Out technology will help not only eliminate carbon deposits caused by unburned gasoline- but will actively clean out your engine every time you drive. Over the first few weeks you will notice that the engine becomes smoother and smoother.  Then it will level off at a new level- at which the engine continues to steam-clean itself every day.
Is this technology guaranteed?
Although this technology has been around since the 1930'3 (and was used by pilots in World War II) it is still considered "experimental". Many patents have been filed, both in the United States and abroad, attesting to the reality of this non-polluting fuel source. The technology is now public domain.
